My Money Vibes Refund Policy

At My Money Vibes, we believe in the law of reciprocity and high-vibrational exchange. We want your investment to feel aligned and powerful. If for any reason the resonance isn't right, our refund policy is designed to be transparent and fair.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Subscription Portals & Coaching Plans: These are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of your initial activation—no questions asked. Beyond this 14-day calibration period, subscriptions are non-refundable, though you will maintain access to your portal until the end of the current billing cycle.

  • Single-Session Calibrations: One-time purchases (workshops, live webinars, or private sessions) are fully refundable only if canceled at least 48 hours in advance. Last-minute cancellations do not qualify for a refund.

2. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a return of funds, please contact our support team:

  • Requirements: Include your order number, account email, and a brief note regarding your experience.

  • Timeline: Requests must be timestamped within the applicable window (14 days for plans; 48 hours for sessions).

3. Processing Your Refund

Once your request is approved, we will restore the balance to your original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: Please allow 5–7 business days for processing, though it may take up to two billing cycles for the reflection to appear on your statement.

  • E-Wallets (PayPal, etc.): Refunds typically manifest within 3–5 business days.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Sessions: If you miss the 48-hour refund window for a single session, you may reschedule once at no extra cost, subject to coach availability.

  • Subscriptions: You may cancel your subscription at any time. After the initial 14-day window, we do not offer prorated refunds, but your access remains active until your next scheduled billing date.

5. Service Disruptions

In the rare event that My Money Vibes must cancel a session due to technical interference or instructor unavailability, you will be offered an immediate choice between a full refund or priority rescheduling.

6. Non-Refundable Assets

To protect the integrity of our intellectual property:

  • Digital Downloads: Any downloadable guides, bonus materials, or gifted assessments are non-refundable once delivered.

  • Content Utilization: Extensive consumption of coaching content or portal materials during the 14-day window may disqualify the purchase from refund eligibility.
