My Money Vibes

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the My Money Vibes website, applications, and services (collectively, the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using My Money Vibes, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access the Site.

2. Nature of Services

My Money Vibes provides guided self-reflection and personal development experiences, including the Money Alignment Snapshot™ (MAS).

Our services are designed to support:

  • awareness

  • reflection

  • intentional behavior change

They are not designed to:

  • diagnose or assess medical, psychological, or financial conditions

  • measure internal states

  • predict outcomes

  • replace professional advice

My Money Vibes does not provide financial, legal, medical, or psychological advice. Any insights, prompts, or practices offered are for educational and self-reflective purposes only.

You acknowledge that participation in any alignment session is voluntary and that you retain full responsibility for your decisions and actions.

3. User Responsibilities & Conduct

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that:

  • does not violate applicable laws or regulations

  • does not infringe upon the rights of others

  • does not attempt to disrupt or misuse the platform

  • does not upload or transmit harmful, abusive, or misleading content

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and experiences available on the Site—including but not limited to the Money Alignment Snapshot™, session structures, prompts, visual design elements, text, graphics, audio, and proprietary workflows—are the exclusive property of My Money Vibes or its licensors.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the Site without prior written consent from My Money Vibes.

Unauthorized use of our intellectual property is strictly prohibited.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you voluntarily submit during your use of the Site (such as written or spoken responses). By submitting content, you grant My Money Vibes a limited, non-exclusive right to process that content solely for the purpose of providing the service.

We do not claim ownership over your personal reflections, nor do we sell or commercially exploit Alignment Session content.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • My Money Vibes shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from or related to your use of the Site or services.

  • We make no guarantees regarding outcomes, results, or personal change.

  • Any decisions you make based on your experience with My Money Vibes are your sole responsibility.

Use of the Site is at your own discretion and risk.

7. No Warranties

The Site and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. My Money Vibes makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding accuracy, reliability, availability, or suitability for a particular purpose.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in conduct that could harm the platform, other users, or My Money Vibes.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
